Located just south of Punta Allen at the end of the Boca Paila Peninsula, here you will find relative seclusion, a quiet tropical paradise with calm beachfront waters protected by the Mayan reef.

Nestled on 7 acres between the Caribbean Ocean and Ascension Bay, at the heart of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, the complex is surrounded on three sides by a tropical jungle ambiance. The east side is 50 kilometers of Mayan Caribbean beach front with white sand beaches, outside sambrias, chaise lounges, and a hammock grove perfect for afternoon siestas. In the center of this coastline is our Beach House.
